Leoville Barton 1994
Even though there is no first growth in Buy neurontin online Bordeaux’s St-Julien, the three super-second Leovilles are definitely receiving very good reputation. While many people consider Leoville Las Cases the best among the three and also the most expensive, my favorite is Leoville-Barton. I quite like the style of Leoville-Barton which is usually quite muscular and intense. In addition, it is usually much cheaper than Leoville Las Cases.
The bottle I’m drinking tonight is Leoville-Barton 1994. This is actually the second bottle I have drunk within six months. Both bottles are giving me very similar experience.

It has very intense and attractive nose with flavours of plum, blackberry, blackcurrant and licorice. While it has very ripe nose, there seems to have slight hint of bellpepper which may suggest there is some unripe fruits mixed into the blend.
While its nose is very attractive and intense, it is unfortunately weaker in palate even though it is still having relatively good intensity. Tannins are very fine but again have slight hint of unripeness.
This is surely a good Bordeaux wine but it is not as good as most Leoville-Barton. Slightly disappointed.
