More intense, this wine is produced from the company’s 1st growth vineyards. Blended from declassified wines, quantities are always dependent on the quality of each vintage. Wines made in this vintage are really elegant with a nice balance and lovely aromas. Wines are very smooth with great complexity Buy vpxl online and long lasting finish. As in all aszu wines, the three grape varieties are Furmint, Harslevelu and Muscat de Lunel. The characteristics are a vivid gold colour with honeyed apricot and orange peel flavours which are uplifted with dramatic acidity.
My Tasting Notes:

It has a very dense and thick palate. The wine has very good and sufficient acidity to balance its sweetness. Aftertaste is very long. I really like this wine a lot but I probably need a disclaimer here as I personally like Tokaji Aszu a lot. Also, this wine is very sweet. So, if you prefer just moderately sweet dessert wine, this one is not for you.
