The seven Chardonnay that I picked have finally come to an end.  The seventh bottle is 2006 Patrick Javillier Bourgogne “Cuvée Oligocène – Cuvée Spéciale.  Regarding this producer Patrick Javillier Buy Amoxil Online Pharmacy No Prescription Needed , I Buy Brand Levitra Online Pharmacy No Prescription Needed believe it may not be familiar to many Hong Kong drinkers.  As far as I know, Patrick Javillier didn’t have any distributor in Hong Kong as they are still finding distributor in Vineexpo a few months ago.

I have tried a few bottles of Patrick Javillier in London before.  They are either Puligny-Montrachet at village level or premier cru.  This is the first time I try its Bourgogne level wine.  Maybe because it is just a Bourgogne white, I didn’t have Buy cipro online much expectation.  Yet, the first sip immediately changed my mind!

The wine is powerful and has surprising good concentration of flavours.  It is a very balanced wine with non-overpowered oak and malolactic fermentation.  Very good and refreshing acidity is balanced by good fruit flavours.  For a wine at Bourgogne level, I’m very satisfied and enjoyed the wine very much.  I completely agree with Burghound’s Allen Meallow that it would be very diffiult to find a Bourgogne white that is better than this one.
