香味方面，不算强烈，主要为香料和红果。喝下时，中等酒体，单宁中等但单宁成熟幼细，跟Eric Asimov 和Decanter 说的一样，颇fruit-forward，味道主要为酸车厘子。虽有不错的集中度，但mid palate 似乎弱了一点。似乎2007 的Southern Rhone 真的不太适合久存。
