Maybe I really haven’t drunk Bordeaux red for quite a while, I find it quite strange that I want to drink quite a few bottles of Bordeaux recently.
The one I drank today is Ch. L’Eglise-Clinet 2004. While there are still a lot of tannins, tannins are very fine and ripe.
Frankly, this wine deserves longer cellaring. Yet, it is already performing very well today. A very good quality wine worths recommendation.
