Pol Roger is not a very popular champagne in Hong Kong.  I also think very few people would classify it as top quality champagne producers as Krug, Dom Perignon and Bollinger.  However, its non-vintage champagne is actually offering very good quality.  Generally speaking, Pol Roger can be considered as mainly a Pinot-based champagne producer.  For non-vintage, it is made from equal parts of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.  For vintage champagne, it is normally 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay.  It is therefore a champagne of  fuller bodied and more muscular type of champagne.  Yet, this doesn’t mean it is lacking Buy Revia Online Pharmacy No Prescription Needed elegance.

Pol Roger Brut Reserve White Foil NV
Considering this is only a non-vintage champagne, I think it has very good concentration and complexity even though it cannot match with Pol Roger vintage champagne.  It offers very good intensity of citrus, toast and green apple.  This champagne is aged in bottle for three and a half years which is significantly more than the minimum legal requirement.

Pol Roger Pure Brut NV
This is a non-dose champagne with no added sweetness.  I think it has slightly better concentration and complexity than Brut Reserve.  Yet, since it has no added sweetness, many people may prefer the more standard Brut Reserve since it is more approachable.

Pol Roger Brut Millesime 2000
Similar intensity as Brut Nature in its nose but with slightly higher Buy erythromycin online complexity.  I think this champagne is better than the previous two non-vintages in almost every respect.  Considering it is not much more expensive as non-vintage, I will definitely pick this one over the two NVs.

Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs 1999
As a bottle of Blanc Buy Viagra Soft Tabs Online Pharmacy No Prescription Needed de Blancs, I think this champagne is still showing Pol Roger’s style of fuller bodied and more muscularity.  In addition to standard flavour profile a champagne usually has, it also has a very strong floral incensed nose.  Very interesting and a very good bottle of Champagne.

Pol Roger Cuvee Sir Winston Churchill 1998
The most expensive bottle of the night.  This is Pol Roger flagship champagne.  From the start, it is showing very sharp and intense toastiness flavour.  It also has hints of mushroom which I love this flavour very much.  A rich and intense palate is quickly followed by a refreshing flavour of citrus.  The length is really long of about 1 – 2 minutes.  BTW, I love this so much that I have drunk three glasses!  Surprisingly, this champagne really work with beef fillet.

Pol Roger Brut Rose Millesime 2002
Have a relatively high expectation from the champagne given 2002 is a very good vintage.  Yet, it doesn’t really stand out.
